My family and I grow amazing lion's mane and oyster mushrooms and make a variety of dishes but our favorite is fresh mushroom sauce. Masters Mix Ratios
We have the greatest amount of success when we use Masters Mix - Lion's Mane with a ration of 80% pure oak wood and 20% farm fresh soy hulls. Lion's Mane mushrooms are a fast growing mushrooms which helps to reduce the risk of contamination. Slow growing mushrooms are at greater risk for contamination especially when the substrate contains a high ratio of soy hulls.
